Difference between daily khao sorer ghee (yellow cap) and daily khao premium ghee (white cap)?
The main difference is in thickness. Sorer ghee is traditional gawa ghee with rich aroma mainly use it directly on hot rice, pulao, biriyani, mainly to in finishing. And our premium daily khao ghee is mainly use for frying, garnishing, cooking purpose to enhance the taste. Both the ghee is Pure Gawa ghee.
